Hello ,
i Got an idea From this thread Here : http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=337702
and i (as a proffesional modder) got intrested in such subject , and 2 Weeks Ago i Began the work on it

How To use the Patch :
1) Simply Download it From the Link Above and it's WoW.EXE
2) Move it to Data/enUS Folder
3) Change it's name to Patch-enUS-W




Download New Combat Animations Here : https://yadi.sk/d/RbcBbFI136TEuK
Notice : this patch does NOT work with all abilities and classes , but i'll keep it updated .

IMPORTANT :  Download WoW.exe from here <removed link due to probably being malware> or from the attachment , and put it in your wow folder to get the models working correctly .

So my big question  still is... this   is all for the russian client, (right?).   Can I make it work with the enUS client?

It was bugged for me :/ I'm using Finsternis's mods (textures, charactermodels, and mounts) and a lot of spellicons, even the castbar was glitching...

You could just have renamed the new SPELLS animations' m2's over the old one and change the attachpoint for some spells rather than change the whole spell.dbc, plus it would have been compatible with every languages.

UPDATED !!

Now you need to download the WoW.exe File in order to access the new updated models correctly , otherwise it'll not work .
