It wont seem to work for me, when I run it, it will say it is not a valid win32 application so I'm assuming I'll be needing a 32 version?

Hello, I'm currently trying to launch Noggit3 but it does not seem to work when I try to open it. Here's what was in my log file afterward. Thanks in advance for a reply.
