[BUG] Noggit 3 beta without sub-menus

Hello.

I downloaded the correct sdl.dll, so, in Noggit, appear a mini window, about Noggit, and in the menus (in the top) doesn't have sub-menus, here a screenshot:

I saw the log, and I see errors, like this:

(srcworld.cpp:48): World x: x has no WDT file!

Example:

(srcworld.cpp:48): World 0: Azeroth has no WDT file!

What can I do?

Rev 120, I downloaded from http://nogg-it.blogspot.com/    ( Noggit 3 Beta for Windows )

I am thinking in do a project, like Worldbuilding, i will create my own history '-'

Noggit will update to 4.x.x?
