 I have path in noggit.conf
Path = C:UsersLukášDesktopWoW
#Edit this to your Project-Directory and uncomment if you want to use it!
ProjectPath = C:UsersLukášDesktopWoWData

You must start noggit with the -c switch. In the next version this is gone.
Then a config file will be used if it exists.

Just make a shortcut to the exe and edit the properties.
Here add -c behind the noggit3.exe
Take a look in tho log to see if it works.
