Taliis problem

Hello guys i don't understand how i can run Taliis when i start "start Taliis for dummis" then comes follow error :

i have java install again but the error comes again =(

Hi. I had exactly same problem. I install java from this page but no change.
When I install java development kit (JDK) Taliis works great :)
Try it.
