noggit shuts down instantly

I have the 3.3.5a Wow version. I have the Noggit3SDL version. http://pastie.org/3921145 My log file. http://pastie.org/3921149 My Noggit Config file.
Now, I've followed the guide to the letter, pasted my enus folder in my root wow folder among the data, cache folders; pasted the fonts folder from the noggit archive in the wow root folder; made a new folder within the wow root folder named Noggit3, pasting the rest of the noggit archive content (without the fonts folder) within it, all this in a fresh installment of wow 3.3.5a.
The issue is that when I try to run it as admin or any other way, Noggit displays the frame of the application for a second with the contents of the frame being white, followed by the application to close and not report any sort of error.
I've checked the config file and I'm sure I don't have the data folder included in the path, but strictly the wow root folder.

Why do you past stuff into the wow folder?
Just extract Noggit SDL, set pathes and thats it. Is your project folder empty in the moment? If not please try to move all stuff out and start noggit again. To test if it run with an clean wow.

I just see.
GL: Version: 1.4.0 - Build 8.14.10.1930
Noggit need min a version 3 openGL driver. So update your driver and if you dont get one it wont work on this PC.

Noggit never needed a version 3 of OpenGL. I actually never in life had a machine above 2.*.

Hey, this is actually my problem. OP is my boyfriend trying to solve it for me, though we both have the same problem. We had the issue various times, all with different WoW folders (I have four WoWs). It's been checked and doubled checked by two people who run Noggit just fine. They both sent me their Noggits to change the configs. But it's not working.
This is the fresh log error:
