Strange but... After offsetfix map, I cant open map in Noggit. (I use latest version by Adspartan)

this does not sound like "latest version".

Anyway, offset fix was never adapted to post 1.x adts. it may just break them.

Adspartan (or someone else) has changed that to 3.0 again in the newest version. Why is it so I simply don't know.
