[QUESTION] [WoD] Draenor map edit

Hi there. I'm trying to edit and restore Draenor locations with noggit by using PTNG_ADT_Converter and PTNG_ADT_DownConverterBeta tools. Everything works fine, but there are some problems with textures. Every time when i trying to edit textures with noggit, everything just screwing up like this.
Is it possible to fix it somehow? Or maybe i just doing something wrong? Please help
I use converter to downport adts to 3.3.5, then edit it in noggit, then convert it to 6.2.4 again, then replace tex0.adt and tex01.adt with unedited ones. It works only for terrain and model edit. Neo allow to make some slight texture edit, but its not enough. Here are some screenshots with my "finished locations":

"Burned" textures are most likely vertex shading, not textures at all. wiki/index.php5?title=Noggit_user_manual#Shader_editor
About those lines, what version of Noggit are you using? The newest one shouldn't be doing this as far as I know.

thanks for replying. I'm using noggit 3.1222 (which i guess is the last version). However, it still have same problems.

OK then, I'd try to ask either Skarn, Schlumpf, Steff or Adspartan, as they have usually some ideas in similiar cases.
