Crusher55:
Hello Modcraft community.
I am developing 4 new races for wow, 2 are already done, 2 have to come.
The last one is the Murloc, the problem here is i took the Model: Murloc.m2 or something like that and set the columm before it to 2052 in creaturemodeldata.dbc like it was said in a previous thread, the problem is the Murloc is still white....
Any way to fix this problem?

Arid:
Did you edit the model with Pymodeleditor and set everything up in Charsections.dbc? Make sure to do this

What set up in charsections.dbc?
And no i didnt do that. xD
You have any tutorials how to do that?

And one more thing, I want ingame with the white murloc, but he wasnt a murloc at all, he was a ice troll, cuz i replaced the icetroll with him, and i looked a bit around, and i found out that the displays for the races are saved in the core/db not in the client, I am using trinitycore 3.3.5 maybe you guys know anything to fix this too, I would realy appreciate it.

SirFranc:
Unless a creature shares the same wrapping with the other races, it's not a good idea to make a new race out of that model, because you would have no armors working for it.
Also those races are lacking geosets : /

Anyway you must add skins in "chrsections.dbc", you should look how it works on WoWdev Wiki because it's REALLY complex. took a lot to figure out how it works
