[QUESTION] Why is not working ?

hello all :)
can someone help me please ? :)
i am trying to edit 1 creature in wow 4.3.4 (cata) and it's working only sometimes
i follow exactly forum tutorials and it work only 1 time and i did this https://postimg.org/image/vhyvn6dgf/ some fun :P, i try like 20 times and only 1 time works
but in this video i follow exactly same stepps like i did with mount picture and it's not working
can someone tell me please why is not working ? :(

1. your patch was not applied
2. your texture was not readable because you edited it thru some blp shell not converted thru BLp convertor which is only one BLP editor i trust
3. your patch could have wrong format such as --> number of max items in patch is equal to number of items in patch (leave empty space for further uses WoW can care about this )
4. dont play cata its dead expansion ?
5. change music i almost got cancer from this
6. check your Exe if its MD5 & XML check edited etc ...
7. i thought that patch number must be less then highest and more then second highest so something between them ( but thats how it was done in MOP [ but cata looks same i guess] )
8. if nothing of those works its may because i have no idea what im talking about i never modded cata in my life
9. crap my liquid in Ecigarette is low
10. get random number generator and generate numbers from 1 to ten 10 when you hit that number check my sentence with that number and try to have a closer look at what sentence says

I put plugin in photoshop to read BLP, but if you say i need BLP editor can you send me please a download link ? :) ... i google it but with no luck

4.there is no dead expansion, there is only best one for players :D

yes my exe have removed blizzard signature (check) etc otherwise this will never work https://postimg.org/image/vhyvn6dgf/ (and i follow same stepps like in video)

For BLP editing im comletly cool with these files ...
for patch item counts its simle you can just enter number of maximal files in patch in your case you have 5 files in patch with limit number 5 --> i have always gap of empty numbers in patches such as max number of files in patch 30 000 and then im putting in like 100 files +/- for season
