You dont use noggit3? Why?

Hey there, just to say my problem is resolved. It was Visual C++ that was all weird. So if someone has the same memory problem, that's how I and the precious Mjo' help resolved it :
- Go to your list of installed program and uninstall every Microsoft Visual C++. You may be surprised by the amount of version installed and not automatically deleted *cough* - Install this version (2010 x86 10.0.30319). It may be me, but it seems like x64 version doesn't work with Noggit, and avoid choosing another language than English. - ofc make sure that your config file is correct - Profit
