All of them have the same mistake. You'll find that using '' can be very useful...

You mean in config? I edited it to:
Path = C:UsersAdamDesktopKWoWWorld of Warcraft 3.3.5a
ProjectPath = C:UsersAdamDesktopKWoWNoggitProjekty
ImportFile  = C:UsersAdamDesktopKWoWWMV_Binary_v0701_r252_Win32_DevWorkImport
FarZ=2048

Still isn't working.

I locked it because this is the typical case of not reading user manual or search function. I wanted ot move it into bad threads but I can not, so I opened it again. Still. 1.2 can not read the folder files, so it shows an error. Giving it access to it usually resolves this. Administrator mode works, but behavior is not known yet.

This topic has been literally two threads downward covered.

Config file has been described in FAQ (manual). It's something that shouldn't happen if you just read properly...

... Let's go through the annual steps then.
1. Make sure the config is correct.
Make sure it's called noggit.conf if you use it. Else, make sure your Game Path and Install path are correct within regedit.
A "#" before any non-configuration part, e.g. texts.
A  after each folder path, so that it indicates to the programm that it is a folder
The correct path to the warcraft folder for Path
If necessary, set a symbol or similar before localization names to force a particular localization.

2. Make sure that your noggit has access to the folder (1.2 issue)
This can happen if your account doesn't have "enough" or "fitting" rights to access the wow folder. It'll immediately close down then. Often enough resolvable by rightclicking your wow folder -> settings -> compatibility -> your user -> press edit -> allow "full control" -> let it run through -> profit.

3. Video controller issues
It can happen that the video initiation doesn't work. Mainboard integrated graphic cards usually don't work. If there is another reason, update your drivers. Newer ATI versions for example (one example case) delete older catalyst versions, which sometimes tends to these issue. Make sure that everything works properly.

4. Map can not load up, WDT missing, Model missing etc.
These are problems coming with custom patchs, broken wow files, wrong wow version, etc.

5. If this all doesn't help, send log file
Often enough, these issues resolve everything else...

Config name is: noggit.config
In config is:
Path = C:UsersAdamDesktopKWoWWorld of Warcraft 3.3.5a

ProjectPath = C:UsersAdamDesktopKWoWNoggitProjekty

ImportFile  = C:UsersAdamDesktopKWoWWMV_Binary_v0701_r252_Win32_DevWorkImport

FarZ=2048

-----
ProjectPath = sure way to wow folder?
+I deleted older versions. Now I have only SDL 1.2
I looked in "security"  and there is full controll and when I run it as admin it still doesn't work.

Log:
7 - (Noggit.cpp:130): Noggit Studio - SDL 1.2
1042 - (Video.cpp:204): [Debug] GL: Version: 3.3.0
1042 - (Video.cpp:205): [Debug] GL: Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
1042 - (Video.cpp:206): [Debug] GL: Renderer: GeForce 9600 GT/PCIe/SSE2

I would like to use the opportunity. My textures are crazy. In noggit I can see it normal, but in world (qa_dvd) it's green like in Emerald Dream.

qa_dvd is not supposed to be edited.

There is nothing bad in editing qa_dvd. It was my test map while developing, actually.
