Showoff - what you are working on / Re: [SHOWOFF] What Are You Working On« on: September 11, 2015, 09:42:20 pm »Quote from: "Amaroth" Tbh, its probably the best terrain modelling and texturing performance I have ever seen in "first project ever". Huge thumb up. You are on a very good way. Thanks a bunch for the feedback. I really dig the "cliff-y" mountains, and I especially like your speedy "world editing video", which gives alot of inspiration to a new modder, because you see something that actually comes to life in one video. Right now, I am really working on being able to "close off" a zone with mountains, and make it look realistic, smooth and just generally good. After that I will be practicing some more creative mountain-styles. I might need a few tips at some point, so if you wouldn't mind adding me on skype (Lasse.carlseng1), i'd really appreciate it. And please post more of your work, it's super interesting and motivational

Just started using noggit yesterday, and wanted to as my first "project" make a mountain.
This is what I got from about 30 min time. (Couldn't figure out how to post an image, so if you can't view it below, just click the link) http://postimg.org/image/e0nkrj1yx/ I'm really in need of some feedback on scultping and painting mountains, since I really can't find any video guides on that subject. Thanks in advance Rusty 5
Noggit / Have a few questions.« on: September 09, 2015, 02:18:36 pm »
Tried to look around if anyone had these errors, but didn't seem to find any solution.
I am new to all this noggit, and these errors seem pretty common, (probably not even errors), but I still need a llittle help to be able to move on level designing. First, I am having trouble loading up m2's inside Noggit - it feels like Noggit and WoW Model Viewer isn't linked some how. I looked at the path in the Noggit.config folder, but i am pretty sure it's the right path. In noggit, I click on the "Assist > Last M2 from MV", after i have found the model i want in MV ofcourse, but nothing happens. Also tried to use the "From text file" option, which didnt work either. Next question is, when I try to paint textures on the ground, i can't paint everywhere and I am limited in a few specific "squares" or chunks that i can't paint inside. If anyone can help, please reply in the comments. Thanks in advnace Rusty
