Hello;
So I've seen lots of threads with this problem, and most of them never got/get solved... I hope that isn't the case with me.
Noggit log file: 1 - (Noggit.cpp:130): Noggit Studio - SDL 1.2
695 - (Video.cpp:204): [Debug] GL: Version: 4.2.0
695 - (Video.cpp:205): [Debug] GL: Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation
695 - (Video.cpp:206): [Debug] GL: Renderer: GeForce GTX 460/PCIe/SSE2
695 - (Noggit.cpp:87): Using config file.
695 - (Noggit.cpp:257): Game path: D:FrapsHELPWoW NoggitWorld of Warcraft 3.3.5a (no install)
695 - (Noggit.cpp:261): Project path: D:FrapsHELPWoW NoggitWorld of Warcraft 3.3.5a (no install)Project
696 - (Noggit.cpp:308): [Error] Could not find locale directory. Be sure, that there is one containing the file "realmlist.wtf".
Noggit config:#This is a config file template. To use it rename into noggit.conf and set your options
#Edit this to your WoWFile!!!
Path = D:FrapsHELPWoW NoggitWorld of Warcraft 3.3.5a (no install)
#Edit this to your Project-Directory and uncomment if you want to use it!
ProjectPath = D:FrapsHELPWoW NoggitWorld of Warcraft 3.3.5a (no install)Project
#Set this to the file where you will import models from (the model viewer log for example :) )
ImportFile = D: FrapsHELPWoW NoggitWorld of Warcraft 3.3.5a (no install)WoWModelViewer7userSettingslog.txt
#The far clipping value. Set to 2048, 3072, 4096 etc. for a further look. Higher values need more 3d power.
#1024 is the standard value and will be taken if you do not set this value.
FarZ=2048
1. My graphics card driver is up to date.
2. The realmlist.wtf is in my locale folder.
3. There is a slash at the end of my paths.
I appreciate your time & help.
EDIT: Here's some information on my computer and what I did to fix the problem.
Computer information:
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Graphic card: GeForce GTX 460
Fix:
1. Rename folder to wow355a
2. Move folder to head directory of HDD.
3. Change old paths in noggit config to new paths.
4. Run noggit as administrator.
-
Try to rename your wow and project folders and then correct the path in config. Try to set Windows XP SP3 in options of noggit.exe
-
1. copy wow foder direct to hd an rename to wow335a and change the path.
2. Don´t use any comp mode. Admin and xp mode is not needed and also make sometimes trouble.

I'd like to say thanks to fearless_wind & Steff!
I renamed my WoW folder and moved it to the head directory of my HDD, then I ran noggit as administrator.
I'll add a solved tag and some information about what OS I have etc (incase someone else falls over this thread).
