Hi guys,
i just want to make some re-texturing of some existing Parts of WoW like Isle of Quel'danas and the Sunwell Plateau. But i keep getting WoW Error ingame ! I know there have to be atleast 2 textures at one Tile so i just spotted every single-layered tile with another texture but it keeps Crashing. Is there a way to prevent this?

No clue. DOnt use Blizazrd content.
But you only need 1 texture per chunk.
-
Well i just use Blizzard-Content because Noggit dont accept ur "custommap1". It just doesnt show up at the selection.
-
Because of many people use the cutsom map its not a problem of the map but of your use of it.
A good tip is to NOT use Blizzards ADT because you will run un unfnny problems with them.
What have you done to get the map working and what is your local?

I just create a mpq with DBFIlesClient and the World folder within, moved it to my WoW/data folder and start Noggit.
I also moved the map.dbc to my Server's DBC Folder. It actual work ingame i can teleport to it via .go 0 0 0 750 but yet it doesnt show up in Noggit.

For Quel'Danas: Maybe there are still the groundeffects for the old tilesets. Now as you got other tilesets you get an error. But I can not definetly say that this is the reason^^
Try to use a project directory in which you put in the right structure the files you want to be loaded from noggit.
The Modrcraft Tutorial has a good modding pack with a good and clean structure and the most common needed tools. You may want take a look at it ;) It makes many things much easier.

Your logfile and config file please :)
Also for noggit you just have to put it into your project path and not inside an MPQ.
And you should use a project path outside of the wow folder.
A good idea is to start with the tutorial pack. There everything is configured right.

Well i dunno why, but the problem with the custommap1 is done. It starts loading right now :>
Hm i'll try it @ Jok3r, thanks.
