Noggit uses wrong WoW client resources

Well I have two copies of WoW and when I load Noggit it tries to open the files from my Cata client instead of my 3.3.5 client. Is there a way to make it so that it opens the correct files?

Start the correct client once before starting Noggit or change your config.
