It's a simple recolor. You must open the textures and recolor them to red with photoshop/gimp. Also, you will need to change the particle color (it has 87 particles), the light color and the geoset color (you can use hex, py model editor, etc.)

but all that in file of bc login are .skins and .m2 file. would i have to convert .m2 to .md and open up in blender? or could you post the png/blp if u can find them.

If you want to edit just the colors...blender won't help you.
You can open the .m2 file with 010 editor (+ M2 template) and find the texture paths if you don't know where they are, or export them with wowmodelviewer (file-->export textures)

Remember that the particle system changed in cataclysm. You can't edit 4.X+ models with 3.X tools.

Well, it's quite difficult to edit Cata/MoP/WoD models. There are plenty of tools for wrath of the lich king, but not for 4.X+ models. If you have no experience in model edits it will be VERY difficult for you tu succeed.
I don't know if py model editor works with 4.X models, but you can use hex to edit the login screen lights/colors.

I am very expirenced with normal model editing/swappimg/reskinning, just not with a .m2 file. any link for hex editing guide on particles, or couls you tell me what numbers i should look for 010?

Idc you can Check LUA of LoginScreen Then By patch of M2 (Loaded by Loginscreen UI)
load this M2 in WMV and export all Textures (With theyr path) and recolor ....
its about 2 - 3 mins ....
