I've done some changes to the tutorial and possibly fixed some errors. If you had any problems getting this to work before, you can try now.

It should not be a part of the tutorial, but I'm interested : what is the source of the things which have to be fixed ?
Bugs in the converters ?
I would really like to make a fully automated way to follow these steps. (Not right now because I have my other converter to finish, but in the future why not)

Are all the tools open-source ? Are the devs active ?

No, but if you're able to code things I would like to talk to you about some things. Just because I am currently working on automating the entire process. Can I have your skypename? The source of the things is different kinds of bugs in converters.

My (new and first !) Skype is koward723 ;)
I don't pretend to be the best programmer in the world, I'm just a curious student but if I can help then I'll be glad to.

Is there any easy way to fix the animations ? Because  all of my animations and bones bugged. (I've got more bones than 100)

You can't have 100 bones, it will never work. 60 is max.
