How can i make a wow.exe for 5.4.8 model edits? Or somebody can link me where can I download that exe?

Not true, there is such exe.

There's a nude mod site called Azerothica. They have a patched .exe for nearly every MoP version as well as 6.0.3.
It'll let you do model edits, in their case nipple edits.  :lol:

Hopefully you don't mind seeing boobies. There will be boobies. And futas. And naked tauren women *cringes*

Once you have that, use it as your base for all other exe-related patches. Run the SkyFire Patcher on it, or whatever you're using, as well as any GlueXML/FrameXML check removals you need to manually do.
