Modelling and Animation / [Question] M2 TBC

I tried alot of tools to add new meshes to 2.4.3, and the only thing what was succesfull is ModelInjector, but with ModelInjector i'm only able to change model a bit, if i add or delete just one vertex, it won't work. Today i extracted pig critter model and texture from Warcraft 3, opened it in MdlVis, deleted gutz geoset, gutz bone, some animations, converted it with MdlxConv to pig.mdl and changed some things like texture path etc. then converted it back to pig.mdx, then converted this new mdx with ConverterMDX:

...and received 2 files - pig.m2, pig00.skin. But when i try to open pig.m2 in MdlVis, i have error:

Also when i add pig.m2 to an MPQ with MyWarCraftStudio, and click on pig.m2 in MyWarCraftStudio, MyWarCraftStudio crashes
Any idea? By the way, models converted by ConverterMDX  should work on 2.4.3?
