Title: [QUESTION] Naga White Fins

So, I swapped the Night Elf Model with the Naga (race) one and the result was a bunch of white fins. I've looked around a bit, and it seems I'm not the only one that has come across this problem, yet no solution was found. Anyone know how to fix it?

The fins are a separate mesh on the Naga model and that doesn't seem to translate well when trying to use it as a race.  I'd try editing the model and merging the fin mesh onto the base model.  How to do that?  Go read the .m2i tutorials.
