Title: Increase Clutter/Grass/Ground Density
Post by: TheMetalCarrots on January 31, 2015, 12:12:17 pm
Forgive me if this question has been asked before, but I was wondering if it is possible to increase the clutter (The grass/flowers and stuff found on the ground) in 3.3.5a beyond the maximum that can be set via Console Commands (so, say I wanted the entire ground to be covered in grass, how would I go about it?).

Thanks in advance,
Me.

I have never modded WotLK, but in MoP/WoD the DBCs are GroundEffectDoodad.DBC and GroundEffectTexture.DBC. To control ground effects you need to edit these DBCs.

He weren't speaking about DBC editing. I am not sure at all, I think that this was being discussed somewhere already. It may be limited by engine/client themselves. I don't think it is possible to go beyong limit given by console without editing client.
