Title: Noggit Start Error

Hey guys,

 I have 2 problems.

1. If i want start Noggit comes a error with 0xc00007b i have install visual studio 2013, v net 4.2 whats wrong?
Noggit 1.3 1366 Version.

2. If i want joint the map crashs the map in noggit and noggit is crashed.

I hope someone can help me :)

Update:

The Conf filename is now noggit.

Why is there a mvc dll in the noggit dir?
