Title: [REQUEST] Pandaren NPC patch

Not looking for playable race..
Just want to have the Pandarens as NPCs to add to the game.. Can anyone make a patch?

Hide your IP or use a Proxy to make yourself seem like you're from another country,  My webhost has been doing Mass IP Blocks recently due to a rise in DDoS Attacks among several other types of digital attacks.  This is beyond my control.

I tried maybe 20 proxy servers with no luck at all. Not even sure what all files are needed to get it to work, and all links lead to a dead end.. Wish it was all in a mass torrent..

I installed the program and tried all 4 locations in the list.. Same problem, just can't get the files.
