Title: Where do I actually download Noggit?

Hello!

It's been about two years since I last set my foot within Noggit and now I feel like doing so once more.

I have been looking for a link to the actual program (Latest relyable version) but all I can seem to find is everything that is not that. Shouldn't there be a link at the top of the page of this website saying "Download Noggit here."? (Maybe there is?)

Anyhow I will most likely feel awkwardly stupid once someone tells me where to find it, but I admit I have been searching for soon a week and I just cannot seem to find one.

Here SHOULD be the latest .exe. Well, 4 months are some time, I don't know if there was any new version since then. Skarn told me that on this link should everytime be the newest, I hope its still true.
