How can i change the Skybox ? not just ingame, i want the change into Noggit.

Skyboxes are not rendered in noggit as you can see.

Light.dbc is used to "spawn" skyboxes around map and to set light, fog and such settings. Other LightXyz.dbc files determine those light, fog and other setting, but you may (and I would really advice you to do so while those DBCs are horrible to work with) just use some blizzlike setting.
