Problem running Noggit

Hi, i´m having a problem running Noggit SDL 1.1.
When i open it, suddenly closses, and i don´t get any error.
I tried to run it on Windows xp SP3 compatibility mode, and happens the same.

And my computer specefications:
    O.S. ->Windows 7 professional 64bits
    Processor->AMD A6
    Graphic card->Nvidia GT 520
    Ram->4gb DDR3

¿Is it becouse the 64bits O.S.?

Has been answered many times, related to wrong configuration file. Read the manual and stickies.
