Title: Only keep the map
Post by: juliengosset on August 25, 2015, 03:08:35 am
Hi everyone ! I was wandering if it is possible to have a map without any game object/wmo ? For instance I would like to have the Isle of Conquest map but only the terrain. But I think when I delete object by object the shaders are still there so is there any solution ? Thank you for reading :)

From my experience it is not recommended to edit blizz-made zones, but since ur only editing objects not terrain or texturing it may work, about the shaders I haven't found a solution for myself though its not that I have tried much, but Noggit has an option under assist to Clear Standard Shader, maybe that will fix it but I'm not very  sure cuz I haven't tried. Hope it helps  :D

And in Assist you can also clear all models.

perhaps you should just do the tutorial to give yourself a information base.

becaus there is also a part about alpha maps that are used for texturing.

Doubtful.  Should still experience the same old errors even if only removing the objects.
