Title: [Help] Mop/Cata Item converted to Wotlk

I am new to this and due to that I am a big noob  :oops: . I looked around for a tutorial on how to convert MoP/Cata items to Wotlk for my PS but I am not really sure which one I need or what is current. If anyone could post a link to a tutorial that is RECENT and will help that would be great  :) , also if someone wanted to post a tutorial here for me that would also be very helpful  :) .
