Please write a guide for using the hex editor. Preferably in Russian, if not difficult.

It is desirable to explain how to use it you can move the location from version 4. *.

You will not need a guide for the editor but to know how hex works.
Google helps.

Or do you need a guide how to use notepad or notepad++ :)

And the next step is to understand how you can use this skills to change wow files. For this you can have a look at the wow dev wiki and download the 010edit templates for wow files from the resources section
