I looked through the forums and didn't find anything (might've missed?) pertaining to what I am asking about. What I am trying to do is get the Undercity/Ruins of Lordaeron to be available for use in Wrath of the Lich King (3.3.5a) and usable in noggit. Is this at all possible to do? If so, how might I do it?

hi Renan, this is the wmo files of undercity that i had. I hope this is what you where looking for.
Again this is only the undercity wmo and not the adt, so, though you'll have the building the terrain underneath might not mach the city's height. And there will be huge holes under it.

Hey! This is exactly what I was looking for! Though there is a big issue, which is the textures for it.

See how there are blank(ish?) textures, and random white spots?

Just get the new textures out of Cataclysm or later expansions.

you only are missing some roof textures there, noggit will show as a plain color textures in wmo's that had weird catclysm flags that are design to overlap a second textures that fades over the first one.
This are made to create the effect of overgrown grass over a building.
In game you should see the whole building without any problems
here is the roof file though.
