The features i mentioned where just my suggestion what i would like to see in noggit/futa/noguta. I would be nice if such features ware collected in just one programm like noggit so you don't have to use different tools D: And also i hope that i did not misunderstand something.

Fixed that for you: The "what" is not the problem, the "how" and "do" is.

My english os so bad that i will not help to fix all the stuff. As long as the guys understand what i meen it´s ok :)

As longkallsong said it would be sweet to have ground effects addable in noggit, and having them bound to textures would be even better.
I can also imagine DBC manipulation implemented in noggit aswell, changing / adding skyboxes or creating new area IDs straight from noggit sure does sound nice.
