what exactly are u doing?

it *should* work this way:

take existing wdl (stormwind for ex)
open with futa
add ALL adts in the data gen dialog
run
save

Yes, it works, but my map have 568 adt files, but okay, thanks anyway :)

Steff:
This should have an auto detevction like the WDT tool of taliis. Just scan the path the WDL is loaded from and add all existing and right named adt to the WDL.
