WCII to M2 conversion not working.

Hey everyone.
I know I haven't been posting as much but I have a lot of work on my hands.
I recently was trying to take a mdx from WC3 and make it an m2.
But whenever I try to convert it with mdxtom2 the client crashes...
Is this because my file is too large of a mdx or is it just because the format is different?
Any help is appreciated, thanx in advance.
