Custom Model Animations... Could use a tutorial

Hey guys I managed to get one of my models in game the pandaren but the size is too large and
the animations not there...
Is there a way to take animations from other models and put them on my model?
or perhaps take the bones from another m2 and attach it to my verts?
anyways I thought this kind of thing could use a tutorial as we may know how to make models.
but when it comes to animating them and getting the animations in wow, well I'm clueless.

P.S. I don't know if anyone has already posted this tutorial on the forums... but if they have please link me it   :D
