Problem with Textures, crash

Hello, I have a problem with textures, I tell you:
WoW Version: 3.3.3a
Software used: Noggit3 and Taliis

Error: From a distance you see the textures changed, but I go, crash the wow.

Okay, I'm uploading, I tried to run the game enGB and enES and gives the same error, as this up, I put it, sorry but my connection is not very good. :D

You must add that by hand.
