Reviving Magicka Wizard Wars

Hey Guys,

I'm not sure how many of you have played Magicka Wizard Wars, but those who have may/may not be aware that the servers were shut down back in the Summer, due to it haemorrhaging money for Paradox Interactive. Whilst it had a small fanbase, it was an incredibly passionate one, hence this forum post.

I'm part of a Discord channel in which we are trying to recreate the server software for the game, and hopefully at some point in the future have a Paradox-like functioning server.

I'm appealing to you guys here because the programming language used is LUA, which (afaik)a subset of is used in the WoW client, so I believe im addressing an experienced audience here.
