oke, its my first map but i try it.

On second thought, I think its mostly that you have not smoothed the terrain. One can really see the diffenernt brushes you used. Smooth things, mifht be way better then.

What schlumpf said + the big mountain needs a darker rock texture (that's why blizzard uses brown on yellow/pale sand, to create some contrast) and also there's no shoreline...water, especially the sea varies greatly in its height, thus leaving a shoreline everywhere it hits land, just looks absolutetly unrealistic that way.
