Title: Make a creature model into a playable race?

Hello i am intrested in making the worgen creature model into a playable race as in shows armor etc, but i don't know where to start can anyone suggest me some programs or tutorial on how to make creature m2s show armor?

There are no turtorials yet, not that I know of but a tool would be PyModelEditor and ModIt :P
