Anyone know if this is a thing?

I've done some digging and all I've found is this screenshot, but I've also seen others mention it is possible.

Would love to get this to work while I'm playing on these up and coming TBC servers.

Would also love this too. I have reached out to numerous developers asking to build this and while they had agreed,  months went on and no replies, I soon realized they had abandoned the project.
