Today I played a lot with hex editing and here is a result:
1) Edited the stormwind_281.wmo with blender and happyhack's script for (im/ex)port wmo's (http://modcraft.io/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=7586). Just deleted some collision meshes and opend the gates in Jail near the "old city".
2) Restore header of wmo_group file, restore doodads and water, fix materials and portals. All with hex editor and pxr.dk wiki.

Can't exactly say which one, but yeah, it's a firework model.

Dear Supora,
I have benn wondering if you could do the same for the bazaar's gate, on the silvermoon city wmo.
I would love to be able to use that small zone inside.
