Go into view and make sure you don't have wmos unchecked. it sounds stupid, but that happened to me once when I clicked f6 without realizing it. Does it crash or anything?

Firstly, copypaste any wmo model you have. Then when you selected WMO in WMV press Altt+C. Not Shift + C it's for M2s. Also try to read better the Help menu (H).

Did you setup the tutorial environment?
Do you run noggit as Aministraotr. If so DONT DO IT!

Same problem. If i try to import a wmo/model from modelviewer then Noggit SDL 1.3 crash. Noggit SDL 1.2 do not crash and import the wmo/model correct.

I also found this same problem, and you correct it by first copy an already existing WMO on the landscape and pasting it.
Then for whatever reason, noggit 1.3 will allow you to paste the current model your viewing, on the other program.
