is there a way to limit a zone or class or race to an custom styled expact for arcemu?

Do you mean: Expansion ?

That part i know but i mean to enable it for arcemu like cataclysm but arcemu staff don't like helping people anymore.

As stated numerous times, don't bother using ArcEmu.
