Noggit file is missing?

I dowloaded newest version but here miss file "application has failed to start because MSVCO100.dll not found"

What i do?
where i dowload it? or broblem is somewhere else?

Install the Microsoft visual c++ runtime. If that does not help, just google the name of the dll and download it.

still not work log it is here
Now it not yelling anything dll files but doesn't get stat program

Seems like it is unable to find the needed files (i.e. the wow directory). Are you sure you configured it correctly — while it shouldn't need any configuration?

Remove the hashes (#) in front of variables you want to use.
