2nd tool, ctrl+click !!!AROUND!!! hole, on the terrain. Never click INTO such holes. You won't completely remove that, but you will reduce its size. Tool removing these holes is already being developed and I suppose it will be released quite soon.

I can give you a Noggit version that removes them personally but you should not work with it untill it is properly tested.

(we cant load textures ?)

Crop water is for export ? (Fill with water?)
