If changing providers is a monetary issue, open up the site for donations.
I for one will donate probably 40 dollars if it means the community can have a shoutbox.
I am sure others will be willing to pitch in for a shoutbox.

Would be handy if it was possible to edit the shape of WMO's without having to do any file conversions.
I know somewhiteguy was able to integrate the functionality in his wowmapeditor but it is very outdated and very slow
