I have created some patches but once i shared it too much players who had german client had these problems and i need a way to fix it, but i need DBFilesClient

Let me explain: German players get, Empty spell names and what they write,Places names have not right name like Dun Morogh looks like : Dun?!

Can someone give me DBFilesClient of German wow so i maybe fix it?

I  made my custom patch and when i logged ingame and showed  the patch to the other players ,all they said had green toxic think,but what i see is

its maybe a noggit bug,I clear textures than when try to enter ingame i get error everytime i see the cleared texture.

so Let me explain well,I did a isle in noggit and all was going well till i painted it and entered ingame ,poof got an error instantly when i saw the isle

I 've done an isle and it wasnt painted ,after i've added the objects m2's and wmo's i've cleared all texture of isle than started to paint it and enterd ingame and got error
P.s Before it was not painted it didn't give me any error
any solution?
