Hi there

i just started with the Idea of a new Continent in WoW. I named it Amir il Maladath - Hand of Dragonic.

Why, you are asking yourself. Because the Continent is made by the Aspects themself (Mostly from Neltharion before he went Mad) out of the range of any Mortal. (Fan Fiction)

After defeating Deathwing (Neltharion) the Spell which hidden the Land from Mortals interupted and they begin to settle on the Continent

Looks like the first trys in worldediting! Looks first ok, bu try to get more detailed and get in some more special fashon. Without all, it looks not even better than Warcraft 3 :]

Just thrust in your work and retexture, add some more doodads and be more detailed at all.

Yeah seem to be your first worldbuild.
Play around with texture. Maybe try to retexture some blizzmade chunks to learn a good way to texture and some time you will get your own style (:
And as already said but in some more detail. For example the first orc vs human battle thing looks a bit bring in my opinion.

Ps: this is ment t be positive critism and right at he moment i'm litte bit tired so sorry if it isn't well understandable o: xD

Well ya its my second "Project" so far and i'm kinda new in this business. Could you give me some tips to enhance my Map-Skills?

I just want to make an awesome continent with cool story but i'm lack in creativity with mapping yet :<

as someone said once to me so I say once to you, the town is way to green, and considering it  is a dock town some warehouses and alot of crates would make it more realistick , othervise nice first tries!

God change. You should also put in some variation on the gras texture. With dirt and or another gras layer.
Also some dirt on top of the road to visualize wheel lines

And i really think about adding another layer of grass but then i exceed the 3(4?) Texture per tile limit

Yes the right way. Perhaps to much dirt now ;)

On this iamge you can see the darker part in the middel of the street. If people walk on the road they leave drit there and change the stone surface. So it gets a litle darker continues line in the middle. If you have bigger citys you will also have lines where wheels are running.

What I meen is a second layer of a different gras texture.
An this image you have 3 different gras textures.
