English further down! Dont know where i should send problems. If its wrong, please move =)
Hallo liebe Community.
Daten btw.:
Windows 8.1
16 GB RAM
eine i7 CPU
Noggit Version: SDL 1.2
Wäre sehr nett wenn ihr mir da etwas helfen könntet, da ich eine eigene kleine Stadt bauen möchte um paar WoW-Filmchen zu drehen.
Danke im voraus,
Basto

Hello community!
I want to make it short and not correctly translated from german i think so. I have the instructions from Steff followed exactly and even've been working on my own [.adt] now. But whenever I invite (Load in) [.wmo]'s , save - close Noggit and upload again, the good parts are no longer there.
I've talked a bit with the other Noggern and all mean "Jau, non-WMO-save-bug".
Well, it turns me ask the other hand, there's a solution? An alternative option? Is it really on my PC?
Computer Dats btw .:
Windows 8.1
16 GB RAM
an i7 CPU
Noggit Version SDL 1.2
Would be very nice if you could help me as something that I would like to build my own little city to turn some WoW movies.
Thanks in advance,
Basto

What noggit version ?
-
Uhm. First that one, who's packed on the Tutorial.jar. Called "NoggitSDL", build 1.2. I have changed it also with a other 1.2 from a Nogger, where's workin'.
Edit: For a clear 3.3.5.a WoW
Greets.
PS. Im sorry, im not allowed to send links (The log) Should i paste it here?

Noggit dont mark all needed adts for save if you move a wmo. If the wmo is bigger and cross adt borders you must mark all adts and the once direct beside them. Just use flatten tools and hit them once. In M view you see what adts are marked to save. They are borderd white.

Using Noggit through wine on Mac I've never been able to save wmo's thus far :( only .m2

Uhm... embarrassing... i've checked in the morning the SDL 1.3 (CI81 - 3.166 build) Noggit version... and the fuq! All working / saving ect.
Hrm. I know there are other bugs, where i have to watch out, that i not so often get a crash or something.
But i have a other question now.
When i press "G" on Noggit and get my Coords to teleport me on the map.. there always standing "Duskwood: The cementary" like on the top of Noggit and Ingame.. How i can change that? 'cause ingame there is also the music, the weather, the feeling ect.
I cant find that in the tutorial where i could change them.. and the waterbutton at the 1.3 Version. Does it work? If yes, where i can read the tutorial about them?
Greets,
Basto

I was excited today to see that Wmo's are saving for me. However when I press save, a random WMO will be deleted on the spot, even if its been saved there before. Same with m2's now.
-
Duskwood is area, Cementary is zone. Its used everywhere where you didn't set any yours. Select AreaID paint tool, press X and here you go. Check help (H) if you don't know how to use that tool. If you wish to create your new zones and areas, check AreaTable.dbc and add its edited version into your config path, into folder DBFilesClient.
About your problem, like Steff said. Select your WMO and see the white boxes around it (called bounding boxes). Make sure that all ADTs which contain at least a bit of WMO (even if only a piece of bounding box is there) are saved. SDL 1.2 saves only ADTs you have directly edited (like was already said, pressing M will show you ADT arrays where edited ADTs are marked with white). SDL 1.3 saves all edited ADTs AND also all ADTs directly next to those ones (in ADT arrays marked as gray) to prevent such problems like yours.

GREAT! YEAH! Hell yeah! It works on! Fine, fine fine!
Nice dudes and a great thanks. Yep.

Hmm, I've tried it all, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.
-
Do you use SDL 1.3, Domminust? If you do, try to save really all ADTs which contain at least a little bit of the biggest red box around WMO. I know nearly nothing about bounding boxes, but I know that this red one which isn't rotating with WMO, just rescaling, is the important one when it comes to saving. Just noob advice, someone who knows more about models would be able to tell you much more than I can.
-
In sdl 1.3 never save 2 times. Always save... Then close noggit and reload. Savin 2 times kill models.
Nkggit has... Also in 1.3 the problem that it dont mark all needed adtan wmo must be saved in automaticly. You babe to mark them. Best 1 lineof adts around plus.
If you open m map view the adts with bkrder around are marked to save.
Just use blure tool and klick once on them you want to save, or jjst mkve one m2 a bit on this adt. This will mark them also for save.

Ahh Steff thank you! The saving twice thingy was the problem. I am excited to go create now :)

I Hope to get this again clean in 1.4. Already working on it.
