50/50 chance that it crashes whenever i load it or view that direction.

It could be your changes to the silverpine forest, it could be corrupted datas in your MPQs, it could be registry problems, etc. - maybe you could show some log references, etc. - I have no issues actually.

As Ascathos said, I'd gun for a buggy MPQ of sorts coming from your WoW client itself, have you tried using a brand new, clean 3.3.5?

I fly around now for around 10 minutes there and load it 30 times. not 1 crash. Clear out your wow folder.
Kil all custom pachtes.
